Forschung am Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus

Clinical research - research for people

Klinische Forschung: Gewebeausschnitt

Clinical research provides the foundation and drive for progress in medicine. Clinical studies make a significant contribution to medical professionals, placing them in a position of being able to understand better, recognise sooner and, frequently, alleviate or cure many diseases that were previously untreatable.

The Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus is one of the few non-university clinics in Germany that has a research mandate and originated from a private initiative. The Robert Bosch Stiftung funds a large share of this research. In addition to their tasks in patient care, many of the clinic's doctors are also scientifically active. They are involved in important clinical studies and numerous scientific projects - partly in close cooperation with the Dr. Margarete Fischer-Bosch Institute for Clinical Pharmacology. The patient benefit is at the centre of all research interests - insights gained immediately benefit them.
Here you will find a selection of research activities performed at theRobert-Bosch-Krankenhaus. You will find further research projects at our departments and at www.ikp-stuttgart.de.
